Equipping the Saints is:
-- A balanced approach to adult formation, ETS is a program of spiritual formation, instruction & study with an emphasis on practical ministry. Congregational leaders are equipped to strengthen the ministry of the church.
-- Available as a weekend, one year or three program
The WEEKEND: The August weekend offers a learning program open to anyone interested in the topics offered. Over the course of three years Worship Leader, Outreach, Christian Formation, Preaching, Outreach, Parish Administration and Pastoral Care are offered; clergy accompanied by parishioners may attend for free.
One YEAR: The August learning program is the starting point for a one-year course of study that includes three weekend conferences, a ministry project, mentor group participation and oral & written reflection. This program offers preparation for licensing in the chosen ministry area.
Three YEARS: For those interested in participating in the three-year academic program the learning program is the starting point for the academic year. Participants commit to one year at a time.

Mentor Groups meet monthly in regional learning communities to experience spiritual growth and receive guidance in the practice of ministry
Instructional Weekends provide opportunities for theological study & worship. Led by Faculty of Bexley Hall Episcopal Seminary, the weekends convene in August, October & March at the Bishop Hodges Pastoral Center in Huttonsville, West Virginia
Study & Reflection in scripture, theology and ethics is supported by on-line tutors as participants reflect on ministry projects.
