Bishop's Corner

sealWelcome to the website of the Episcopal Diocese of West Virginia.

If you are not familiar with the Episcopal Church, I invite you to explore the various pages that describe our common life in Christ. If you are familiar with us, I invite you to explore the life of this Diocese and the life of the Episcopal Church. I pray that your exploration will help to deepen your faith.

Throughout the Diocese of West Virginia, which comprises the entire State of West Virginia, you will find 70 different congregations that seek to serve Christ in various ways. These congregations offer ministries to their communities that vary from soup kitchens to reading programs to community concerts and beyond.

While our congregations vary in size, ministries and appearance, they are filled with committed people, who are working to deepen their faith in Jesus Christ. They are committed to worshiping Christ. More >
